Ring Ordering, Replacement, and Repair

Ordering & Replacements

When placing a replacement ring order, please include the following information:

  • Your name while attending Salem Academy
  • Current mailing address and phone number
  • Class Year
  • Current Ring Size
  • Engraving option (up to 17 characters)
  • Antiquing preference (optional)
  • Ring Metal Choice (White Ultrium, Sterling Silver, Extreme Silver, 10K/14K/ 18K White or Yellow Gold)

If your ring was lost or stolen, please share that information with Herff Jones.

Repairs

For Rings Class Year A'00 to Present

If you’ve damaged your ring or need resizing, contact the local Herff Jones office (contact information provided above).  Please have the following information available:

  • Your name while attending Salem Academy
  • Current mailing address and phone number
  • Academy graduating class year
  • Current ring size (for resizing repairs)
  • Needed Repair (ex. loose seal setting, resizing, etc.)

Repairs generally take 2-3 weeks and the ring will be shipped back to you.

For Rings Class Prior to Class Year '00 

For repairs on rings that are prior to 2000, please contact J. Jenkins Sons Company of Baltimore.  Please have the following information available upon contacting the company:

  • Your name while attending Salem Academy
  • Current mailing address and phone number
  • Academy graduating class year
  • Current ring size (for resizing repairs)
  • Ring Metal (White Ultrium, Sterling Silver, Extreme Silver, 10K/14K/ 18K White or Yellow Gold)
  • Needed Repair (ex. loose seal setting, resizing, etc.)

Note: J. Jenkins does honor the ring lifetime guarantee.
